Sometimes folks hire us on a short-term basis to help out during a time of transition. We’re honored to meet families where they are and support them as they move forward or through something challenging. We can prepare low sodium, or other specialty menus. Here are three client favorites:
Vegetarian Moroccan Stew–This hearty meal is full of savory vegetables and garbanzo beans. Toasted spices gives this dish an taste and fragrance that will stimulate your taste buds
Gluten Free Crab Cakes–Our crab cakes are hand made with lump crabmeat and gently seasoned with fresh dill, lemon and a dash of Tabasco sauce then blended with gluten free panko crumbs and mayonnaise. Then pan fried in butter to a golden brown
Diabetic Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast–Boneless chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, green onions & fresh oregano and sautéed in olive oil.

Whether it’s a staff lunch or evening Board of Directors meeting, you’ll get more done with happy people around the table. Below is a sample luncheon menu we recently prepared for a client company:
Tri Salad Platter with Rolls–A savory combination of our most requested salads: cranberry walnut chicken salad, egg salad with rosemary and smoked ham, and classic tasty potato salad.
Garden Salad–A blend of romaine hearts and baby greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and bell peppers with choice of dressing. We make our dressings from scratch.
Pasta Primavera–A combination of fresh vegetables are sautéed in olive oil and fresh herbs until just tender and tossed in penne pasta. Our healthy version of this old favorite is light and full of bright flavors and will have you coming back for more.
